Wuyni̊fàf Se (/wuj/ /ˈni̘fəf/ [mind (thinking faculty); brain] [shiny]) is a subtropical Town located in the Qùkēi̊v Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Wuyni̊fàf Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Wuyni̊fàf Se was founded by Brandwen Āko, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Wuyni̊fàf Se has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 18°C (64°F). Wuyni̊fàf Se receives an average of 245 cm/y (96 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Wuyni̊fàf Se covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1790 m (5872 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Wuyni̊fàf Se was founded durring the late 17th century in early fall of the year 1566, by Brandwen Āko. The establishment of Wuyni̊fàf Se was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Brandwen Āko electing to pay people to resettle in Wuyni̊fàf Se.
Wuyni̊fàf Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wuyni̊fàf Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Wuyni̊fàf Se is is constructed arround a series of broad baked earthen mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The cost-cutting-focused defences have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Wuyni̊fàf Se has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Wuyni̊fàf Se long.

Wuyni̊fàf Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Wuyni̊fàf Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Wuyni̊fàf Se possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Wuyni̊fàf Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Wuyni̊fàf Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The locals have cut a deal with some unspeakable entity, trading some form of tribute (benign of horrific) in exchange for the being’s forbearance or assistance. Outsiders may be ignorant of the bargain, or they may know that the community is in thrall but be too fearful of its master to take action against them. The creature likely serves as a protector as well as a tyrant, so the locals may be content with the deal even if it doesn’t offer any further inducement or aid.
Wuyni̊fàf Se's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.
In Wuyni̊fàf Se most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.
The Herd Animal, Elk (Giant) near Wuyni̊fàf Se are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Wuyni̊fàf Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves line dance to channel Mysticism energies of tier 3 via singing.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Wuyni̊fàf Se was attacked by a group of guerrilla fighters. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Wuyni̊fàf Se lost 182 people, 320 livestock, and 84 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 48, when members of Wuyni̊fàf Se's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a specific enemy 's family member. The operation was complicated by the officer in charge of Wuyni̊fàf Se's forces was incompetent, and issue many foolish and-or unprofessional orders. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Wuyni̊fàf Se's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Wuyni̊fàf Se's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
